CLIENT INTERVIEW
We'll arrange your interview with the client, which may include multiple stages, either online or on-site. We'll guide you through each step and ensure you know what to expect.

EVALUATION & OFFER
After your interview(s), we'll review the feedback and assist with any offer negotiations. Whether it was one or several rounds of interviews, we ensure a smooth handover, especially for direct hire positions.

CONTRACT TYPES
ANÜ
An ANÜ contract (personnel leasing) allows companies to temporarily assign employees from staffing companies like ELFIN Engineering & Solutions. As a candidate, you are employed by us but work at our clients' location on their projects. This arrangement offers flexibility in assignments while providing stable employment, training, ongoing support from ELFIN, and potential long-term opportunities.
DIRECT
A direct contract means you are employed directly by our client. Elfin guides and supports you through the entire recruitment process, just as we do with ANÜ positions. Once an offer is made, we assist with the transition, and you join their team as a full-time employee, with access to their benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
